I've known Barbara for as long as I can remember—she's done my hair for many occasions and has been my mom's stylist for years—so there was no question that I would have Beauty At Your Door for my wedding day! Barbara is so fun and easy to work with, and keeps you smiling all through the process. For my hair trial, she was willing to try not one, not two, but four different styles until I was happy with a final decision! And on the wedding day, she amped up the style even more with beautiful touches. She and her team had a lot of heads to cover, and even with 14 people to style they were ahead of schedule throughout the day! Barbara also stayed through pre-ceremony photos to do touch ups on everyone, including family members who weren't part of the original plan! I am the Mother of the groom. My daughter also had Barbara help us look our absolute best. The wedding was on a Monday so we went to the salon where she works rather than have Barbara come to us. Fortunately for us, this was near the wedding site. Barbara even went to a beauty supply store to get the RIGHT color eye shadow for my dress as she was not satisfied with the colors in her arsenal at the shop. My daughter wore a 20's vintage style dress. The hairdo Barbara designed for her was chic and appropriate for the attire. 
I was fortunate to have had a "good feeling" when speaking to her in our initial telephone contact. Intuitively I knew that she would be able to help me be the "best ever" looking Mother of the groom. Mission accomplished! Thank you Barbara. -Karon 

Barbara is the BEST!!!!! I have known Barbara for years and couldn't imagine another person that I would want to help me and my family get beautified for the big wedding day. Absolutely seamless in organization, making my sisters, my mom, and me look amazing, and being at the wedding for the necessary touch ups when the tears got too much for our make-up. I don't think I have ever received so many compliments in my life! Barbara made my wish come true - which is that a bride looks her best on the wedding day. After all these are the pictures that would be hung in our living room, seen by so many and passed down the generations! Whatever I wanted, Barbara delivered. I wanted my eyes to be the highlight, and my dead straight hair to be all curled up greek style. And she had her creative inputs. From my jewelry we had a small piece left, which she used creatively in my hair. You could pretty much anything related to beauty in those 2 bags she carries. And I really mean - anything! Most important - Barbara successfully calmed down a very nervous bride. Somewhere in the middle of the event, Barbara came up to me and said 'I've got the curling iron ready outside' to tighten the hanging curls! I was so impressed. This is truly Beauty at Your Door.
